Job Title: People Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a People Operations Coordinator.

This role plays a crucial part in supporting the Human Resources function by assisting with various people operations activities and ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service experience for all employees.
  • Provide support to employee questions and inquiries, delivering high-level customer service and considering how we innovate and advance our People Operations backbone.
HR Administration:
  • Assist with the full employee lifecycle, including pre-boarding, onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, employee change requests and maintaining personnel records.
  • Coordinate HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, change letters, and HR-related correspondence in relevant systems, and performance reviews.
Systems, Automation & Reporting:
  • Implement rigorous QA processes for all data entry tasks.
  • Develop automation of HR processes in relevant systems to eliminate manual repetitive tasks.
Employee Relations:
  • Zendesk triage, ensuring a 24 hour response time across tickets.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding People policies, procedures, and benefits.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is desired.
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
