Job Overview
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office administration and be proficient in Microsoft Office.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and organizing files, documents, and records. You will also answer phone calls, assist customers with inquiries, and prepare reports as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
  2. Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  3. Prepare reports, invoices, and other documents as required.
Requirements
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
