Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting or exceeding client goals for quality and performance. This includes motivating team members, monitoring program objectives, providing on-the-job training, creating a positive atmosphere, developing overall contact skills, and troubleshooting programs. Additionally, the incumbent will manage administrative tasks for assigned team members, including regular reviews and feedback.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coaches team members through regular feedback sessions to develop action plans and meet performance targets.
  • Provides ongoing support to team members, assisting with product knowledge and identifying issues.
  • Reviews performance reports daily to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Attends leadership meetings and conducts team meetings to ensure common understanding and consistency of action.
  • Performs quality listening on team calls to assess customer experience and team performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role, managing individuals and processes.
  • Demonstrated consulting, facilitation, and coaching skills.
  • Proven ability to interpret and communicate moderate to complex data.
  • Ability to work effectively under minimal supervision in a dynamic environment.
  • Superior communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Prior customer service experience and the ability to understand customer needs.
