Senior Contract Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Contract Specialist to join our corporate legal team. This role will be responsible for managing contracts, ensuring efficient contract processing and workflow management, and maintaining automated workflows in contract management systems.

The ideal candidate will have a law degree with 3+ years of experience working with US law firms, excellent written communication skills, and extensive experience operating within contract management systems. They will also have proven experience setting up no-code automations and be able to work independently with minimal supervision during US business hours.

This is a full-time remote position requiring US business hours availability. The successful candidate will be fluent in English, have strong analytical skills, and be able to create concise contract summaries. Experience in comparable systems like Salesforce, Monday.com, or Smartsheet is highly beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process internal NDAs, MSAs, and contract amendments through approval workflows.
  • Review and redline contracts, drafting legal summaries highlighting key terms, risks, and relevant points for project managers.
  • Manage contracts within our contract management system, including creating templates, folders, directing files to appropriate locations, and performing other typical day-to-day system operations.
  • Set up and maintain automated workflows in ContractBook or similar platforms.
Required Qualifications:
  • Law degree with 3+ years experience working with US law firms.
  • Fluent English with excellent written communication skills.
  • Extensive experience operating within contract management systems.
  • Proven experience setting up no-code automations in contract management systems.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during US business hours.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3+ years in legal operations roles with a focus on contract lifecycle management and automation.
  • No-code/low-code automation expertise in other Contract Management Systems or in similar platforms.
