Our team is dedicated to delivering top-notch solutions that meet the needs of our clients. As an Integration Analyst, you will be working closely with clients and internal business partners to manage the implementation of our Solutions suite of products.

The impact you will have in this role:

You will act as the primary point of contact for Client engagements while managing a project plan, and executing and overseeing all onboarding activities through "go-live" to ensure targeted completion dates are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support delivery of solution proposals, including technical specifications and cost estimations.
  • Grow and build knowledge about our company's products, solutions, and related technologies.
  • Serve as the business analyst/project manager for each client engagement. Manage project scope and timeline to ensure all deliverables meet established quality standards and client expectations.
  • Act as the primary client point of contact. Successfully engage in multiple client projects simultaneously. Communicate proactively and regularly with management regarding project updates.
  • Lead regular project status meetings with clients to provide project status updates as required in client contracts.
  • Support clients during client test activities. Monitor client progress during initial production rollout and successfully handover to Production Support teams.
  • Oversee or support transition to operations and support teams after project delivery.
  • Work with Senior team members to conduct post-project evaluations to assess project success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide technical documentation and support materials as needed for successful client implementation.
  • Execute operational readiness activities and modernization exercise for various Solutions.
  • Align risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalate appropriately
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

  • Proven ability to engage with customers, understand their needs, and craft technical solutions that address their pain points.
