Senior Workday Integration Specialist Job Description

The Senior Workday Integration Specialist is a key role in ensuring seamless integration of Workday with other systems. This specialist supports business processes, enhances efficiency, and maintains data accuracy by developing and troubleshooting integrations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain complex integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and other tools.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure integration solutions meet business needs.
  • Identify and resolve integration issues promptly to ensure smooth operations.
  • Continuously seek and implement improvements in integration processes and performance.
  • Offer technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Requirements:
  • 3 – 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing Workday integrations.
  • Certification in Workday Integrations is desired.
  • Strong experience participating in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
  • Experience in Global Shared Services setup is desired.
  • Works under broad direction and is often self-initiated.
