Virtual Assistant Job

We are seeking a skilled Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will work closely with our private investigation agency, supporting engagement and sales efforts.

About the Role
  • This role involves lead qualification, appointment setting, and closing deals via phone calls.
  • You will be responsible for making up to 10 outbound cold calls per day to targeted prospects and following up on warm leads via phone, email, and messaging.
  • You will also be involved in social media management, monitoring and responding to comments/messages on business social media pages, sharing and scheduling content to maintain consistent engagement, and assisting in growing our online presence through proactive outreach.
Key Responsibilities
  • Engagement & Sales:
    • Qualify inbound leads
    • Book appointments and close deals with hot prospects over the phone
    • Make up to 10 outbound cold calls per day to targeted prospects
    • Follow up on warm leads via phone, email, and messaging
    • Maintain CRM records with updated notes
  • Social Media Management:
    • Monitor and respond to comments/messages on business social media pages
    • Share and schedule content to maintain consistent engagement
    • Assist in growing our online presence through proactive outreach
  • Administrative & Marketing Support:
    • Draft and send email campaigns to prospects and clients
    • Assist with follow-up communications after meetings or investigations
    • Provide weekly reports on calls, appointments set, and social engagement metrics
