Job Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Data Insights Analyst to play a key role in shaping our marketing strategies and establishing best practices for analytics.

This senior-level position involves helping to drive traffic by reviewing data, developing new analytics, looking for insights and delivering recommendations on how to improve marketing campaigns.

The successful candidate will support the consumer life cycle, including online conversion analytics, product profitability and pricing, customer behavior analysis and segmentation.

Main responsibilities include preparing ad-hoc KPI reports, monitoring and analyzing trends or patterns in complex data sets, reviewing and analyzing all marketing efforts, and developing actionable insights to guide strategic direction of marketing efforts.

To succeed in this challenging role, you will need advanced quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skills, hands-on experience with advanced SQL and Excel, and strong math, statistics, and data mining skills.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative or analytical field (math, science, economics, finance, engineering) required. Master's preferred
  • 4+ years of relevant work experience in an analytical role
  • Experience manipulating large data sets and statistical modeling through R or Python
