Claims Resolution Professional

The Claims Resolution Professional will be responsible for investigating and resolving customer claims related to products and services. These claims may include errors, delays, discrepancies, or issues affecting overall quality and integrity.

They will manage and investigate incoming customer claims, collaborate with internal departments, communicate with customers professionally, coordinate and process claims resolutions, and maintain accurate documentation of all claims and outcomes.

  • Exceptional communicator in both spoken and written English.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, claims resolution, or order investigation, ideally within the industry or a similar environment.

Education: High school diploma or GED required.

Familiarity with the product lifecycle, including customization methods, and experience working with vendors and partners are desired.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve customer claims in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Communicate with customers professionally and respectfully.
  • Coordinate and process claims resolutions, maintaining accurate documentation.
