Job Title: Quality Assurance and Compliance Specialist

The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that all customer interactions meet the highest standards of quality, consistency, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive QA framework to evaluate customer experience and assess associate performance.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to team leaders and managers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain a QA scorecard form and dashboard to visualize performance metrics.
  • Participate in regular performance reviews to provide feedback and coaching to associates.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance and compliance.
  • Exceptional communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Suite, and other relevant software applications.
  • Demonstrated expertise in conflict resolution, negotiation, and mediation techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Results-driven individual with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite products and other relevant tools.
