We are looking for a Workday Analyst (Experience Solutions Analyst) for the Global HR Employee Experience Team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to innovate and improve the Employee Experience, promoting and advocating for our technology. Identify problems or risks and develop forward-thinking solutions that you can explain to clients using visuals and accessible language.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Support and deliver high volume, time-sensitive Tier II HR cases from our clients in alignment with SLAs.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to deliver cyclical activities (Vendor Releases, Audits, etc.), supporting process improvements and problem solving.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, supporting maintenance, audits, and security within HR technology (including mass loads, cyclical audits, data integrity activities, security access, escalated transaction support). Act as technical support to troubleshoot escalated issues, diagnose errors, and resolve integration failures across HR systems.
  • Perform and understand global audits, recommend new audits to maximize data integrity, and provide recommendations.
  • Identify trends and suggest process improvements to enhance effectiveness, service quality, data accuracy, and global compliance.

Position Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-2 years of Workday system administration experience or similar HRIS system.
  • Amenability to hybrid work setup and mid-shift schedule.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in JIRA/Salesforce or Cornerstone.
  • Workday Security Administration experience is an advantage.
