Automation Solutions Expert

This role requires a technical expert who can deliver automation solutions that support the end-to-end streamlined Finance processes.

The incumbent will develop complex automation solutions and manage partnerships with business units to deliver projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing, developing & configuring efficient and scalable automation solutions.
  • Analyzing user requirements and proposing automation solutions within Finance functions.
  • Collaborating with finance colleagues to analyze various Finance processes and identify feasible automation opportunities.
  • Supporting and enhancing existing processes by implementing change requirements through structured change control processes.
  • Actively working with corporate counterparts to ensure effective governance processes are in place.
  • Utilizing analytical thinking and judgment in leading efforts to address day-to-day issues in automation processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and/or Accounting.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in solution design and development of automation tools.
  • Experience in accounting, banking, insurance, or financial technology industries.
  • Project management experience is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in requirement analysis and automation development.
  • Ability to take accountability and ownership of tasks assigned.
  • Creative and forward-thinking individual with innovative problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
