**Building Engineer Role Overview**

As a professional in building systems, you will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and repairing various systems to ensure optimal performance.

  • Maintain mechanical, plumbing, structural, fire, life safety, and control systems to meet applicable standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Develop an energy management program to optimize system efficiency.
  • Perform emergency repairs and implement preventive maintenance strategies to prolong equipment lifespan.
  • Follow established safety protocols for hazardous materials and maintain a clean working environment.

**Requirements**

  • Licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer with at least 2 years of Facilities Management experience.
  • Experience working with critical equipment.
  • Strong analytical skills based on multi-source evaluation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Organizational skills with a curious mindset.
