Plant Maintenance Engineering Manager Job Summary

This Plant Maintenance Engineering Manager role is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of plant equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to ensure high equipment reliability and minimize unplanned downtime.
  • Equipment Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of plant machinery to identify and address issues before they escalate.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with production teams to plan and execute maintenance tasks with minimal operational disruption.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repair logs, and equipment history.
  • Problem Solving: Conduct root cause analysis on equipment failures and recommend corrective actions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
  • Experience: Relevant experience in plant or industrial maintenance roles.
  • Certification: Certification such as Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong grasp of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, effective troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, skilled in Maintenance systems and AutoCAD software.
