Senior Human Resources Manager Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Human Resources Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to clients on HR-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the HR functions for clients, reviewing and monitoring policies, processes, systems, and initiatives
  • Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, performance management, employee relations, and dispute resolution
  • Align HR initiatives with business needs, supporting employee and leadership development, and developing succession plans for key positions
  • Build relationships as a trusted HR advisor, participating in strategic planning, policy development, and decision-making
  • Proactively identify trends and propose actions related to employee engagement and organizational culture
  • Develop new HR policies and review existing ones to stay dynamic and agile
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources or a business-related field
  • At least 7 years of experience in managing a diverse HR team
  • Enthusiasm for acquiring new knowledge, opportunities, and experiences
  • Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices, with a deep understanding of benefits administration
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Bonus Points:
  • HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred
  • Experience supporting a public accounting or professional services firm preferred
  • Multi-state and/or site support experience preferred
