About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Ophthalmology Medical Device Representative to join our team as a Surgical Equipment Sales Specialist.

This individual will be responsible for providing end-to-end support to selected accounts, helping to drive total sales performance for cataract and vitreo-retina equipment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the medical device industry, with a focus on surgical ophthalmology equipment.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Driving total sales performance for Cataract and Vitreo-retina equipment.
  2. Provide end-to-end support in selected accounts, helping coordinate specialist roles activities & plans.
  3. Map decision-making process and key stakeholders to inform and implement the business plan.
  4. Play an active role in demand generation, following up with contract negotiations. Prepare & negotiate quotes with customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree in optometry, orthoptics, science, or business.
  • 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles within a surgical environment or other industries.
