
Customer Service Team Leader

About this Role: We are seeking a skilled Team Lead to oversee our Customer Service team and drive performance excellence.
Work Environment: This is an onsite role located in Cebu, offering flexible working hours with no fixed schedule.
Shift: As a key member of our team, you will be expected to work on a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team of Customer Service Representatives to achieve high performance levels and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Collaborate closely with the team to meet goals and targets, providing coaching and guidance where needed.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and team discussions to ensure open communication and address any concerns or issues.
- Stay up-to-date on business developments and new product offerings, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the team.
- Oversee daily team activities, prioritize tasks, and assess risks or impacts within existing processes to meet SLAs and sales quotas.
- Ensure training and development plans are in place for all team members, helping them to grow and succeed in their roles.
- Apply performance management and disciplinary measures fairly and consistently as needed, supporting the well-being and success of the team.
- Support the Customer Care Director in achieving business goals and fostering a performance-driven culture.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a Team Lead or Supervisory role managing people, preferably in a Call Center/BPO setting
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills
- Excellent communication abilities
