Customer Service Representative

This is a key role in ensuring that customers have a positive experience when interacting with our team members.

  • We are looking for individuals who can welcome customers in a professional and courteous manner, making them feel valued and appreciated.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to assess customer needs and provide assistance and product information in a helpful and efficient way.
  • They will be able to help customers locate items and recommend available products based on their needs, providing excellent customer service at all times.
  • Maintaining the appearance of the store and keeping up-to-date with new products and information will also be essential responsibilities.
  • In addition, the representative will need to work together with all team members to achieve store goals and comply with office and store policies at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Assess customer needs and provide assistance and product information
  • Help customers locate items and recommend available products
