Job Overview

This role is responsible for achieving loan volume targets while maintaining profitability, sound credit quality, and good customer service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying opportunities to meet customer needs and soliciting microfinance loan accounts.
  • Analyzing loan applicants' qualifications to assess the feasibility of granting loans.
  • Initiating credit and collection activities to ensure account credit quality.
  • Coordinating with officers and units related to loan applications and servicing.
  • Ensuring adherence to bank policies and procedures.
  • Executing sales and marketing activities to achieve volume targets.
  • Attending to client inquiries and requirements.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree from a reputable institution.
  • Strong selling, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Basic mathematical knowledge.
  • High integrity.
  • Familiarity with computer software, including word processing and spreadsheets.
  • Fieldwork and sales experience in Microfinance, an advantage.
  • Able to drive a motorcycle.
