Job Description:

Loan Processor Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Loan Processor to join our team. As the operational quarterback, you will oversee the entire loan process from application to closing.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage multiple files simultaneously while ensuring 100% accuracy and quality standards. You will also communicate effectively with stakeholders, address underwriting conditions, and coordinate closing logistics.

The ideal candidate will have experience in loan processing, particularly in investment property loans. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process investment property loans from application through closing
  • Review and analyze documentation for accuracy and completeness
  • Identify potential issues early in the process and develop solutions
  • Calculate key metrics including DSCR, LTV, and ARV
  • Order and track third-party reports and coordinate vendor deliverables
  • Prepare comprehensive loan packages for underwriting submission
  • Address underwriting conditions promptly and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Maintain pipeline tracking and provide daily status reports
Required Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience in loan processing, preferably in investment property
  • Strong understanding of real estate investment terminology and loan structures
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset
  • Technical proficiency with CRMs and loan processing software
  • Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously and maintain quality standards
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Mathematical skills and ability to work independently under tight deadlines
