Job Title:

  • Loan Portfolio Assistant (009- 00305)

Role Overview

The Loan Portfolio Assistant will support the team in monitoring and managing resolved loans. This role requires strong attention to detail, proactive risk management, strong communication skills and the ability to interpret legal and financial documents.

Responsibilities

  • Track and manage resolved loans, ensuring all relevant processes are followed.
  • Follow up with legal representatives to obtain final Orders or Agreements.
  • Review and analyze legal documents to determine repayment obligations and financial implications.
  • Maintain regular communication with law firms to track loan resolution progress.
  • Prepare and distribute final statements to borrowers and relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist in the registration and withdrawal of mortgages and caveats.
  • Send closure confirmation emails upon successful loan repayment and resolution.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in loan administration, finance, legal services, or related fields.
  • A strong understanding of financial documents, loan agreements, and legal orders is required.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills are necessary.
  • Ability to work proactively and follow up with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Empathy and professionalism when dealing with sensitive client matters are crucial.
  • Salesforce experience is preferred but not required.
