Job Role: Loan Portfolio Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Loan Portfolio Specialist to manage and monitor resolved loans. The successful candidate will work closely with clients and their legal representatives to ensure all relevant processes are followed.

This is a remote role that requires strong attention to detail, proactive risk management, and excellent communication skills. The key responsibilities include:

  • Resolved Loan Monitoring: Track and manage resolved loans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Request Copy of Orders Agreements: Follow up with legal representatives to obtain final Orders or Agreements.
  • Interpretation of Orders Agreement Documents: Review and analyze legal documents to determine repayment obligations and financial implications.
  • Follow Up with Law Firms for Updates on Resolved Loans: Maintain regular communication with law firms to track loan resolution progress.
  • Issue Final Statement of Account: Prepare and distribute final statements to borrowers and relevant stakeholders.
  • Security Registration & Withdrawal: Assist in the registration and withdrawal of mortgages and caveats.
  • Account Closure Confirmation Processes: Send closure confirmation emails upon successful loan repayment and resolution.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in loan administration finance legal services or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of financial documents loan agreements and legal orders.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work proactively and follow up with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Empathy and professionalism when dealing with sensitive client matters.
  • Salesforce experience is preferred but not required.
