Leading Technical Support Specialist

The selected candidate will be responsible for the security, stability and efficiency of our company's IT infrastructure by managing systems, networks and user access.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing all asset devices effectively;
- Ensuring timely technical support to ensure seamless business operations;
- Implementing best practices to maintain system stability and efficiency;
- Maintaining up-to-date records of system status and performance;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organisational goals.
To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of 2 years experience as a technical support specialist. You will have excellent problem-solving skills, be highly organised and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
