Job Description

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • At least 3+ years of technical support experience.
  • General knowledge of web-based and mobile applications.
  • Experience with SaaS products.
  • Strong conflict resolution skills and even temperament.
  • Effective written communication skills, conveying tone appropriately.

Additionally, you should have a proactive attitude, be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent judgment and empathy.
