Proposal Development Lead

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating tender processes across multiple jurisdictions and funding environments.

  • Develop high-quality proposals to drive business growth through successful submissions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing complex bids, tenders, EOIs, and RFPs.
  • Coordinating technical experts to develop compliant, compelling proposals.
  • Overseeing technical and financial components of submissions.
  • Ensuring proposals meet requirements, deadlines, and evaluation criteria.
  • Developing and maintaining proposal libraries, templates, and content for consistency and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Business, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in bid management, tender coordination, or proposals within engineering, construction, or infrastructure consulting.
  • Strong technical foundation with ability to review and interpret technical content.
  • Proven knowledge of donor-funded tendering processes and government/private RFTs.
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office, with excellent document formatting skills.
