Bid Consultant Job Description

As a key team member of the Cloud Solutions & Innovation Center, you will collaborate in crafting services proposals and bids globally by partnering with Solution architects and Services sales teams worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Solution architects and Services sales teams globally to understand scope and opportunity.
  • Effectively interact with customers (internal) to identify functional scope of the solution prior to the bid estimation process.
  • Create high-quality services proposals ('bids') to effectively implement Infor solutions globally.
  • Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of estimation tools, methodologies, and templates.
  • Owning and maintaining valuable content in identified repositories to streamline the bid creation process.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • A customer-centric approach.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and planning skills.
  • Flexibility to work on varying shifts to meet the needs of other regions.
  • Proactive in delivering results under tight deadlines.
