Digital Solution Architect

A key position in agile IT delivery scrum teams, ensuring solution epics are elaborated into user stories and acceptance criteria.
Key Responsibilities:- Create and maintain a product roadmap, understanding business goals and suggesting solutions
- Organize regular alignment and prioritization with stream leaders and key department SPOCs
- Develop and manage product documentation of mobile app features, keeping it updated and accessible for the entire company
- Run regular scrum events using proper tools and workflows (Sprint Retrospective, Sprint Reviews, Daily Standups)
- Maintain a well-described product backlog with user stories/EPICs
- Educate stakeholders about scrum practices and proper workflows
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and the scrum team
- Lead and motivate the team for best performance
- Make data-driven decisions over opinion-driven ones
- Actively look for product optimization and improvements based on gathered data (user feedback, analytics, competitor benchmarks, etc.)
- At least 5 years' experience in Product Owner role
- Experience with delivery methodologies such as Agile and SCRUM
- Experience with owning customer-facing digital products
- Ideal experience with Web & Mobile Application based products
- Ideal experience with Web SEO optimizations
- Able to shape and define the product's vision, strategy, purpose, and functions
- Strong experience translating requirements into user stories/EPICs
- Able to manage the product development cycle
- Able to help stakeholders with defining their business case
- Able to prioritize based on both business and customer impact
- Able to manage product backlog
- Experience driving product optimization through data and feedback
