Role Description

As a
Solutions Architect
, you'll play a pivotal role in bridging business needs and technology. You're not just designing systems—you're designing possibilities. From high-level planning to hands-on problem-solving, you'll guide clients and internal teams in crafting scalable, secure, and innovative IT solutions that deliver real value.

What You'll Do

  • Architect end-to-end solutions
    that align with business goals, functional requirements, and IT strategy
  • Analyze enterprise systems
    and recommend enhancements or integrations for scalability, efficiency, and performance
  • Lead technical design workshops
    and collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product owners, stakeholders)
  • Champion modern technologies
    such as cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP), APIs, microservices, and DevOps practices
  • Create architectural blueprints
    , technical documentation, and proof-of-concepts to support proposals and solution delivery
  • Mitigate technical risks
    and ensure system security, data integrity, and compliance with industry standards
  • Mentor developers and engineers
    to ensure technical alignment and promote best practices
  • Engage with clients
    to understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs

What You Bring

  • Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or Senior Technical Lead in enterprise-scale IT projects
  • Strong grasp of software architecture, systems integration, and solution modeling
  • Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, middleware, databases, and security design
  • Solid communication and presentation skills—able to convey complex technical concepts to both tech and non-tech audiences
  • Experience in Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD environments is a plus
  • Certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, TOGAF, Microsoft Azure Architect) are a big advantage
