About the Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned expert to lead our end-to-end solution design and delivery of enterprise-scale projects using Microsoft Dynamics 365. As a senior architect, you will oversee the design, architecture, and technical delivery of scalable cloud-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Solution Leadership and Technical Direction
  • Translate business needs into scalable cloud-based solutions, providing estimates, defining architecture, and managing sprint planning.
  • Guide project teams using Azure DevOps, Git, and Agile delivery frameworks.
  • Conduct quality reviews, proactively identifying risks, and mentoring technical teams in best practices for solution design.
  • Engage with stakeholders across industries to drive digital transformation.
Requirements:
  • 14+ years in CRM architecture with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
  • Expertise in customization, integration, and deployment of Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Strong working knowledge of Azure AD, Logic Apps, API Management, and Azure Functions.
  • Skilled in Agile delivery, CI/CD, and project lifecycle tools like Azure DevOps.
  • Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 6+ years in a solution architect role.
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams.
  • Recognized as a Microsoft MVP or Fast Track Architect.
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field.
