Job Description

We're seeking a detail-oriented and organized Real Estate Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. This remote role will provide comprehensive administrative support to U.S.-based real estate teams, delivering exceptional service to clients while working from home.

The successful candidate will help manage administrative tasks, client support for real estate transactions, collaborate with the Transaction Coordinator, ensure paperwork is in order, and maintain consistent follow-ups and personalized communication with clients after sales.

  • Provide administrative support, including managing emails, calendars, and CRM systems.
  • Assist in document preparation and organization related to real estate transactions.
  • Collaborate with the Transaction Coordinator, run reports (e.g., CMAs), and handle transaction-related duties as needed.
  • Stay in touch with clients and follow up after sales via email to maintain high service standards.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in real estate support or a fast-paced admin role.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
