Job Title: Real Estate Financial Professional

Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced financial professional with expertise in real estate accounting, financial management, and compliance. This role involves managing financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring adherence to accounting principles and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate finance, excellent analytical skills, and proficiency with software applications.

  • Manage and maintain financial records for real estate properties, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards\
  • Utilize financial management software for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions\
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and cash flow reports\
  • Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes\
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure proper recording of transactions\
  • Monitor and report on the financial performance of real estate assets\
  • Assist with the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations\
  • Coordinate with property managers and other stakeholders to provide financial insights and support\
  • Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard financial data\
  • Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation and support\

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field\
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in real estate accounting\
    • Proficiency in financial management software and other accounting tools\
    • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and real estate finance\
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills\
    • Attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data\
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills\
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)\
