Job Description:

A Sales Administration Coordinator is required to support the sales team at Starpaper. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, be highly efficient in processing orders and maintaining inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of sales orders, inventory levels, and stock movements.
  • Process and update documents related to sales orders from start to finish.
  • Communicate effectively with superiors regarding inventory movements and status.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse team and third-party logistics providers to ensure smooth delivery processes.
  • Generate reports on sales and inventory as required.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have a degree in Business or a related field and experience in sales administration. Strong MS Office skills, specifically in Word and Excel, are essential. Additionally, knowledge of sales reports and FMCG industry practices is desirable.

Salary Estimate:

The salary for this position is approximately $40,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
