Job Overview

The Senior Ad Operations Manager oversees end-to-end campaign execution, focusing on delivery excellence and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate campaign objectives into targeted strategies, emphasizing audience engagement and inventory optimization.
  • Manage platform setup and delivery across DV360, The Trade Desk, and Xandr Curate, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Monitor campaign pacing, optimize profitability, and generate actionable KPI reports.
  • Deliver regular analysis, insights, and consultation services to stakeholders.
  • Provide expert troubleshooting and proactive recommendations to drive business growth.
  • Support team members with pre- and post-sales activities, facilitating cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a regional Ad Operations team in Southeast Asia, fostering a culture of excellence.
