Performance Marketing Manager / Paid Ads Manager
Location: Remote (WFH)

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager / Paid Ads Manager to lead, manage, and optimize our paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of experience managing large ad budgets and possesses a strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, tracking, and conversion optimization.
This role requires hands-on expertise in A/B testing (specific to paid ads, not website testing) and conversion rate optimization (CRO), as well as familiarity with data attribution models to measure performance accurately. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that marketing strategies are data-driven and deliver maximum ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage large advertising budgets effectively to maximise ROI and minimise cost per acquisition.
- Set up, monitor, and optimize conversion tracking to ensure accurate attribution and data-driven decisions.
- Perform A/B testing specifically on paid ads to enhance ad creatives, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.
- Collaborate with the team to implement conversion rate optimisation (CRO) strategies that focus on enhancing paid ad performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analytics and attribution modeling.
- Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Coordinate closely with content, design, and SEO teams to ensure ad campaigns and organic strategies are aligned.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience managing large ad budgets on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Proven track record of driving high ROI paid campaigns.
- Expertise in performance tracking, analytics tools, and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong experience with A/B testing for paid ads (not website-level testing).
- Solid understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies related to ads.
- Familiarity with data attribution models and performance measurement frameworks.
- Working knowledge of SEO best practices (expertise is not required, but understanding is highly preferred).
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, and other relevant platforms.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional marketing teams.
- Ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Position: Full-time
Work Schedule: 3 PM – 12 MN
