Mall Operations Director Job Summary

The Mall Operations Director is responsible for overseeing the overall daily operations of a large shopping center. This key role covers facilities management, maintenance, security, tenant relations, and customer experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day mall operations, including facilities, maintenance, and security
  • Develop and implement effective tenant relations strategies to support their business needs

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • At least 7-10 years of experience in mall or retail management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of facilities management, safety standards, and tenant relations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
