The Regional Marketing Support Manager is an experienced marketing professional with extensive exposure to brand management, events and activation, marketing communications, and marketing operations. He/she reports to the Regional General Manager and supervises the Marketing Support personnel across the assigned region.

The incumbent will lead the marketing support team in bringing the brand story to life locally, implementing marketing strategies that support various sales channels, and providing market insights to aid decision-making and strategy development. The RMM is a leader and team player, a creative thinker and problem-solver, organized, and agile. Duties and ResponsibilitiesRegional Business, Marketing Operations, and Market StrategyDevelop and execute effective marketing activities to achieve targeted sales results, increase consumer engagement at each sales funnel stage, improve regional Share of Voice, and enhance project visibility.

Collaborate closely with the PR Manager to maximize publicity and PR efforts in the region. Engage actively with homeowners and the community. Monitor and ensure compliance with brand standards and delivery of sales tools by the territory team.

Oversee budget allocation, spending, and monitoring for the project group/territory. Implement and oversee various on-ground activities and initiatives smoothly. Develop digital marketing strategies to maximize reach and increase sales conversions.

Work with project development, marketing support personnel, and sales teams to meet sales targets. Cascade marketing campaigns and departmental programs effectively to the territory. People ManagementSupervise and develop the marketing team, including recruiting, training, performance appraisal, and discipline.

Plan, assign, and oversee tasks and responsibilities. Address employee concerns and resolve issues promptly. Perform any other tasks as assigned.
