We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our financial department, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our financial operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and financial management, with experience working with QuickBooks Desktop.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing all QuickBooks Desktop accounting functions including reconciliations, invoicing, transaction categorization, expense tracking, and accounts receivable follow-ups when needed.
  • Monitoring outstanding invoices, following 30-day payment terms, and escalating overdue accounts to management.
  • Providing administrative support such as answering calls when others are unavailable, sending quotes, and assisting management with office tasks.
  • Handling standard bill payments and ensuring timely processing.

In addition to your technical skills, you will also need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
