Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate transaction processing, and maintaining financial records.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work with an international team and contribute to the financial strategy of a growing music business. You will have the chance to develop your skills in accounts receivable management, financial reporting, and basic analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end accounts receivable process (invoicing to reconciliation)
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain AR ledgers
  • Follow up with clients professionally on overdue invoices
  • Handle client queries regarding payments and terms
  • Implement effective collection strategies in line with compliance standards
Required Skills
  • Around five years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
  • Strong background in accounts receivable processes
  • Proficiency in Xero
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with remote teams
  • Strong English skills (verbal and written)
