Financial Operations Coordinator

  • Maintain accurate financial records, including transactions, invoices, and expenses.
  • Reconcile accounts and ensure records are current and accurate.
  • Support the month-end close process to ensure timely and precise reporting.
  • Process financial transactions and prepare reports using QuickBooks and Excel.
  • Oversee deposits, payments, and related financial activities.

We are looking for someone with hands-on experience using QuickBooks and Excel who can provide exceptional support in financial operations.
