Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to support our business objectives. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for reviewing and filing security documents, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring seamless communication with external parties.

Your primary focus will be on supporting the financial operations team in achieving its goals. This includes:

  • Reviewing security documents for completeness and accuracy
  • Filing security documents with relevant authorities
  • Maintaining detailed records of all filings and correspondence
  • Verifying documentation to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Communicating effectively with external parties, including county recorders and vendors
