About this Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced drafter to work on hospitality projects across the United States while working remotely.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and produce detailed construction drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, millwork details, and RCPs using AutoCAD.
  • Ensure all drawings align with hospitality design standards, local building codes, ADA requirements, and brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate with US-based architects, interior designers, and project managers to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in AutoCAD drafting for hospitality projects in the United States.
  • Proven experience working on boutique hotels, luxury hotels, and large hotel groups.
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Bluebeam; experience with Revit, SketchUp, or other drafting software is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of US building codes, ADA compliance, and hospitality brand standards.
