Compliance Coordinator - A Key Role in HR Support

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Compliance Coordinator to join our team. As a key offshore role, this position plays a critical part in managing compliance-related inquiries submitted by our workforce.

About the Job

This is a remote position that requires operating independently with collaboration across departments to ensure timely and accurate resolution. The ideal candidate should be sharp, solutions-driven, and stakeholder-focused, demonstrating sound judgment in asking the right questions and proactively gathering relevant information.

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing compliance cases from intake to resolution, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and maintaining clear intake logs for audit and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ticket & Case Management: Monitor and manage compliance-related tickets submitted through systems like Salesforce; engage with employees to assess inquiries and accurately document, track, and follow up on all compliance cases.
  • Compliance Triage & Escalation: Evaluate the nature of each issue and determine the appropriate course of action, routing and escalating cases to relevant departments as needed.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal stakeholders to validate information and seek subject-matter input, identifying trends or recurring themes that warrant escalation or process improvement.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Must-Have Skills & Experience: 3+ years in HR operations, compliance support, or case management; strong interpersonal and communication skills; proven critical thinker with a proactive, solution-focused approach.
  • Preferred: Experience supporting teams from an offshore/remote environment, comfortable collaborating across time zones, and ability to work with overlapping hours with North American time zones.
