Job Title: Compliance Analyst

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of regulatory compliance. This involves ongoing oversight over our company's adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective compliance processes and checklists to ensure consistent application across different regions.
  • Research and analyze changes in regulatory requirements to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with various departments and business units to provide support and guidance on compliance matters.
  • Maintain regular communication and contact with other sites to monitor and report on performance.
  • Analyze new legislation to determine its impact on risk exposure and ensure that compliance-related activities are coordinated.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A university degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in compliance and/or risk management/audit is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks, such as HIPAA, is also important.
