Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to assume the role of Safety & Compliance Coordinator, responsible for ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage Compliance Profiles: Maintain technician compliance profiles and induction records, guaranteeing adherence to set standards.
  • Induction Record Keeping: Document inductions, accreditations, and training updates within internal systems for efficient tracking.
  • Process Coordination: Oversee the distribution and tracking of internal induction processes, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Subcontractor Management: Support the maintenance of subcontractor prequalification records, fostering strong partnerships.
  • HSEQ Inbox Management: Manage the HSEQ inbox, handling both internal and external compliance and document requests efficiently.
  • Documentation Review: Monitor, review, and update HSEQ documentation, ensuring version control and timely review schedules.
  • Document Provision: Respond promptly to document requests, including SWMS, work authorizations, and compliance forms.
