Job Title: Regulatory Affairs Specialist

The Regulatory Affairs Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the organization's policies and procedures align with applicable standards and regulations. This position is responsible for curating and managing organizational-wide policies, ensuring they are up-to-date and compliant.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Craft and maintain organizational policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop new policies based on leadership directives, operational goals, or changes in regulatory needs.
  • Maintain a comprehensive calendar of required reports for licensing, funding, and accreditation entities.
  • Schedule compliance meetings and ensure timely documentation.
  • Address internal policy inquiries and resolve gaps in existing documentation.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Policy, Legal Studies, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or policy management.
  • Familiarity with Joint Commission, Arizona DHS, and relevant labor and healthcare regulations.
  • Exceptional technical writing, policy drafting, and document control skills.
