Job Overview

We are seeking a part-time Operations Coordinator to ensure projects run smoothly across teams. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing scheduling, task tracking, and workflow alignment across teams.

This position is ideal for someone highly organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. You should be able to maintain documentation, SOPs, and project status updates efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate between strategy, creative, and data teams to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Maintain vendor relationships, process invoices, and handle communication effectively.
  • Identify bottlenecks, propose process improvements, and support leadership in operational decision-making.
  • Provide weekly operational reports on progress, resource allocation, and upcoming needs.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of operations, project management, or administrative coordination experience.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace and Slack, as well as experience with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Monday, etc).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
