  • Ensure project delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.",">
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and site teams to resolve bottlenecks and mitigate risks.",">
  • Develop and implement construction schedules, resource plans, and procurement strategies.",">
  • Establish and maintain standard operating procedures for construction processes and quality assurance.",">
  • Lead performance management and professional development of project engineers, site managers, and construction teams.",">
  • Interface with contractors, suppliers, and third-party consultants to drive accountability and deliverables.",">
  • Provide regular reports and updates to executive leadership on project performance, risks, and operational improvements.",">
",">Required Skills and Qualifications",">

A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is required. A licensed Civil Engineer is preferred.

At least 10 years of progressive experience in construction operations, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.

A proven track record of managing multiple, simultaneous mid- to large-scale projects.

Deep understanding of construction methodologies, cost control, contract management, and safety regulations.

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
