We are seeking a skilled and motivated Virtual Assistant to join our team in growing our business by managing client engagement, scheduling appointments, and assisting with sales outreach.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Sales Representative, or Appointment Setter. They should possess strong communication skills with a confident phone presence, be able to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet daily targets.

Familiarity with social media platforms is a must, and the ability to navigate Google Translate is also required. Spanish speakers are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Engagement & Sales
    • Call and qualify inbound leads, book appointments, and close deals with hot prospects over the phone.
    • Make outbound cold calls per day to targeted prospects.
    • Follow up on warm leads via phone, email, and messaging.
    • Maintain CRM records with updated notes.
  • Social Media Management
    • Monitor and respond to comments/messages on business social media pages.
    • Share and schedule content to maintain consistent engagement.
    • Assist in growing our online presence through proactive outreach.
  • Administrative & Marketing Support
    • Draft and send email campaigns to prospects and clients.
    • Assist with follow-up communications after meetings or investigations.
    • Provide weekly reports on calls, appointments set, and social engagement metrics.
