As a seasoned business analyst, you will be instrumental in helping clients navigate complex business problems and develop tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients and technical teams to identify business requirements and design analytical solutions.">

  • Plan and design business processes and system modifications to meet client needs.">

  • Analyze and document client requirements, then communicate them effectively to stakeholders.">

  • Develop test cases and oversee testing to ensure client requirements are met.">
  • ">
  • Create business requirements documents and user stories to support system modifications.">
  • ">
  • May lead and manage the work of other business analysts.">
  • ">
  • Understand and interpret complex systems and data to provide actionable insights.">
  • ">
  • Assist in providing time estimates for project tasks.">
  • ">
  • Update process and procedural documentation as needed.">
  • ">
  • Develop an understanding of technical development cycles.">
  • ">
  • Support QA, UAT, and Release phases of projects.">
Requirements
  • ">
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a business analyst.">
  • ">
  • Degree in business, IT, or relevant field.">
  • ">
  • Previous experience working in the insurance industry is required.">
  • ">
  • Health insurance-related domain certification is an added advantage.">
  • ">
  • Knowledge of business analysis concepts, including defining requirements and Agile approach.">
  • ">
  • Business analysis skills, including facilitation, process documentation, and user acceptance testing.">
  • ">
  • Good organizational/time management skills to prioritize work and meet deadlines.">
  • ">
  • Experience in Agile and/or Scrum environments.">
  • ">
  • Basic knowledge in generating process documentation and system functionality.">
  • ">
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.">
  • ">
  • Technical writing skills are a plus.">
