This role is responsible for the successful integration of TrustArc products, supporting clients ranging from small to enterprise level. The ideal candidate will develop strong relationships with our clients to retain and grow the business.

You must identify areas for improvement and enhance client satisfaction. This position demands attention to detail, experience managing enterprise clients, data analysis skills, organisational skills, troubleshooting skills, and knowledge of web architecture.

Key Responsibilities:">
  • Provide strategic and tactical services to complex clients.
  • Understand customer needs and translate them into solutions and recommendations.
  • Presentation and facilitation of large group meetings for various client sizes regarding the TrustArc product suite.
  • Technical assistance and troubleshooting during implementation and deployment of TrustArc technology products.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to scope, prioritise, and manage customer requests.
  • Effective communication (written and verbal) based on prior work experiences.
  • Strong communication skills for 1:1 interactions and large group meetings for diverse audiences.
  • Client point of contact, thus the subject matter expert for all TrustArc technical products.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and quickly learn new products.
  • Project-management skills; complete projects within agreed-upon timelines, maintain organised documentation, and monitor task timelines and manage client expectations.
  • Identify opportunities to expand customer adoption of TrustArc products.
Requirements:">
  • Bachelor's degree and 4-7 years of experience in software technical support, account management, or technical customer-facing roles.
  • Understanding of technological platforms and web infrastructure. Knowledge of online ad serving systems is desired.
  • Intermediate knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript and debuggers.
  • Understanding of technical documentation, including product specs and API integrations.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams.
  • Excellent customer relationship skills, assessing client needs and interacting with management levels up to executive level.
